Once a year, our congregation hosts a Vacation Bible School (VBS) for our youth and neighborhood community. For 5 days, young people ages pre-K to High school are welcome to study, play, and learn about God's word!
In the morning, parents and staff are welcomed to enjoy a donut or cup of coffee in our fellowship room! Throughout the day, students will participate in studying God's work, team games, and fun crafts led by our staff. On VBS Friday, we enjoy a barbeque outdoors with games and fellowship. For 2024, this year's theme is "Turnabout Pointe Where the Path Leads to Jesus". THEME & LESSONS:
Jesus has a way of changing lives. The New Testament is chockablock (crammed full) of people whose lives were transformed by His time and His touch. Each person was unique, but they all had one thing in common—Jesus turned about their lives for His glory. Jesus still changes lives today. He meets us where we are and invites us to join Him on a transforming journey. This VBS series takes a close look at five New Testament stories in which a unique need was met by a life-changing encounter with Jesus. |
